Throwing a party usually means buying a bunch of stuff you’ll use once, borrowing things from five different people, running around to multiple stores, and then figuring out where to store everything afterward.

Party Totes was created to make that easier.

Choose the experience you want, reserve it online, pick it up, enjoy your party, and return it when you’re done.

1. Choose Your Party Experience

Browse our Party Totes, event equipment, and add-ons and choose what works for your event.

From Laser Tag, Movie Night, Backyard Games, Family Game Night, kids’ parties, and pool parties to hosting essentials, party equipment, heaters, inflatables, and more, everything is designed to help you create a great party without buying all the equipment yourself.

You can rent one tote or combine multiple experiences and add-ons to create your own party package.

2. Reserve Online

Select your rental dates, add any extras you want, and complete your reservation online.

Party Totes offers discounted pricing for multi-day rentals, so if you want to keep the fun going all weekend, you can.

At checkout, you’ll also let us know your approximate pickup time so we can have everything ready for you.

3. Pick It Up

All Party Totes rentals are currently pickup and return only.

(Please make sure to put the "S" or "South" at the end of the address as there is also a North Vale!)

Your rental will be packed, organized, and ready to go when you arrive.

Most experiences are designed to fit into easy-to-transport totes or compact equipment setups, so you can load up and get on with your party.

4. Party!

Take everything home, set it up using the included instructions, and enjoy.

The goal of Party Totes is simple: less planning, less buying, less running around — more fun.

Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, backyard movie night, family gathering, game day, pool party, holiday get-together, or just want something fun to do with friends, we’ve already done a lot of the thinking for you.

5. Return It

Return your rental by the date and time shown on your reservation.

Please make sure all equipment and accessories are included and that items are returned reasonably clean.

Party Totes handles the final inspection and sanitation so everything is ready for the next customer.

If you’re running late or something happens during your rental, just contact us as soon as possible.

About Party Totes

Party Totes started with one simple thought:

Why do we buy so much stuff for parties that we may only use once?

Games. Decorations. Speakers. Projectors. Serving equipment. Kids’ activities. Party gear.

It adds up fast — and once the party is over, you still have to figure out what to do with all of it.

I wanted to create an easier option.

Party Totes is a local Rockford-area rental business built around complete party experiences. Instead of renting one random piece of equipment or buying everything yourself, you can pick up a ready-to-go experience designed to make your event easier and more fun.

Some totes are built around entertainment, like Laser Tag, Nerf Wars, Movie Night, and Family Game Night. Others help with the actual work of hosting, like the Hosting Tote and THE Party Tote.

You can also add equipment like patio heaters, giant occasion inflatables, and other party extras to customize your event.

The idea is to keep growing Party Totes into a place where, when you’re planning a party, you can think:

“I wonder if Party Totes has that.”

Multi-day rentals available
Want it for the whole weekend? Discounted multi-day pricing is available when booked in advance.

Security authorization
A refundable security authorization equal to your rental total is placed at checkout and released after your rental is returned complete, clean, and undamaged.
